Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga involves progressing through an energetic series of poses and repeating these poses in a few sequences—coordinating breath to movement. This increases circulation and aids in detoxification of our organ systems. A true total body reset.

Restorative

Restorative yoga involves slowing down your pace and inviting calm energy into the mind. The goal of this is to sync deeper into the body and to gently wind down the nervous system. A perfect way to come back into balance at the end of a busy day.

Sound Baths

Sound baths are quite literally what they sound like. These are special offerings that often involve collaborations with talented musicians from all around the world. Our bodies are 80% water, and as a result, learning to sit back, find stillness, listen, and feel these soundscapes as they reverberate in different frequencies will help vibrate the cells in your body—thus literally bathing you in sound waves and recalibrating your energy and spirit.

Chair Yoga

Stretching and mindful breathing in a chair—this is perfect for those of us who crave a gentle way to stretch the body, those lovely souls who are recovering from injuries or surgeries, and for those who would like to learn and develop a flow that will inspire you to move more at your desk.

Corporate Yoga

Custom designed yoga and wellness classes for companies looking to build and encourage healthy work environments through dynamic movement and stretching.
