Renee is a fitness + wellness consultant, instructor and trainer. Her experience as a professional dancer and performing artist has shaped her passion for body awareness and mobility, which in turn allows her to bring energy, creativity, and inclusivity to every class and lesson—inspiring students from toddlers to seniors to move with confidence and joy.

With a deep love for movement as both an art form and a tool for empowerment, Renee fosters a welcoming space where everyone can meet their individual goals and thrive.

Yoga Classes + Private Lessons

Renee is a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certified yoga instructor. She teaches and develops custom wellness programs for Groups, Individuals, Corporate Environments, Schools, Assisted Living Communities, Rehabilitation Centers, and Beyond. She echoes that in yoga, there truly is something for everyone.


Dance Instruction

Renee is an all ages dance + dance fitness instructor. She is well versed in what we traditionally think of as dance genres (ballet/tap/jazz). Her specialties lie within Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Acro, Flexibility, and Polynesian Dance. In all her classes, you will find a heavy emphasis on technique, which builds the foundation for safe, controlled, and expressive movement. Proper technique helps prevent injuries, improves strength and alignment, and allows dancers to execute complex choreography with precision and ease. It also frees the dancer to focus on artistry and emotion, turning movement into meaningful performance.
